Pocketsquare is a Polish recruitment platform for finance and accounting professionals. Candidates create a profile once, and companies reach out to them directly.

Pocketsquare grew out of something we know first-hand from working in finance. Finding the right specialist in this industry can be genuinely difficult. Candidates with the right qualifications are out there, but they're often not actively looking and hard to reach at the right moment.

On one side, companies can't find the right person. On the other, a great specialist remains invisible until they start looking themselves.

We built Pocketsquare to change that.

We have experience in the banking sector, connections at the Big Four — Deloitte, EY, PwC and KPMG — and long-standing relationships with accounting firms.

We also maintain ties with academia, including SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Poznań University of Economics and Business.

This lets us understand the nuances of financial roles and build a platform that genuinely tells them apart.

Most job platforms try to serve every industry at once. We chose the opposite — we focus exclusively on finance and accounting roles.

Finance isn't one industry; it's many narrow specialisations where specific experience matters. A general job board treats them all the same.

Focusing on one field lets us understand it better. Your profile is seen by recruiters who are specifically looking for a finance specialist, not by random companies from across the market.
